No matter which side of the political aisle you are on, the majority of Americans will feel a sense of relief when a known Terrorist is no longer living. When it was announced that al Qaeda leader Ayman al-Zawahiri was killed in a drone strike in Afghanistan, most American's were not sad to hear the news.
But if you look closer at the name, Ayman al-Zawahiri, you will find out something very interesting. Here is a look at my search in the search engine Duck Duck Go:
Next, if you search his name and the word "Asthma" after, this article from The Sun, published on November 20th, 2020 will populate: https://www.thesun.co.uk/news/13251511/al-qaeda-leader-ayman-al-zawahiri-dies-asthma/amp/
Now, there could be a reasonable explanation if anyone cared to acknowledge this reporting from 2 years ago. One could say that maybe they thought it was Ayman who died of Asthma but it turns out that it was someone else or maybe he faked his death back in 2020. However, it is interesting that 2 days ago when I initially searched "Ayman al-Zawahiri Asthma" a lot more articles populated than just The Sun one and today, most of the other articles do not appear in the search.
It is interesting that there are prior reports that he died in 2020 and suddenly he was killed in a drone strike this week. Also, if there was prior reporting that he died of Asthma in 2020, you would think that the official state.gov announcement about his death would mention something about it. There is no reference to the asthma in the official report.
